Okay, so I won a eBay Auction for a iPhone 4. I'am aware that the new iPhone uses a Micro-sim and my 3GS uses a Standard Sim, How will I be able to get them switched over, without it affecting my contract? I have heard that I could go into my Local At&t store and ask for a Micro-Sim and they will activate it? Although My father is the account holder and he is out of town for a month, so when I ask them to activate the Micro-sim from my standard, will they ask for the social security number and such to activate the standard sim to the micro?
Sorry if this was already posted, I searched and couldn't find any.

If you're very careful, you can cut the standard sim down to fit.

You can buy cutters online cheap. You may be able toget a micro sim from AT&T, but I doubt they have extras sitting around. It shouldn't affect your contract since it was not bought at subsidized price.
