About every tenth email I try to send on my new 4G phone using Exchange account doesn't go out. It just sits there "sending" until I reboot the phone. I have tried rebooting; restoring the phone; etc., but it still does it. Any suggestions?

I'd try another iPhone setup. Talk to the admin of the server for specifics. Like is the incoming mail server different from the outgoing. For me, the username is the username with @mymailserver.edu, etc.
