    About every tenth email I try to send on my new 4G phone using Exchange account doesn't go out. It just sits there "sending" until I reboot the phone. I have tried rebooting; restoring the phone; etc., but it still does it. Any suggestions?

    Had this happen to me some time ago. It turned out to be a network problem and was eventually resolved.

    Was it a problem with your Exchange server or with your iPhone set-up?

    I'd try another iPhone setup. Talk to the admin of the server for specifics. Like is the incoming mail server different from the outgoing. For me, the username is the username with @mymailserver.edu, etc.
