I need help with the app store quickly

Hi when I try to update my apps from the app store and it asks to validate my account to buy apps so I click on validate and enter all my info etc. But nothing happens so I cant update my apps what do I do should I reset my phone

So neither your phone or your computer will update? Odd. Have you ever successfully updated an app? Obviously you've installed them, so something must work.

Yeah when I bought the phone it updated them bt i dont know what happens

Maybe a dumb question, but...did you buy your iPhone used? Is it your iTunes account?

I got my iPhone at the apple store and I think it's the iTunes account
