Game Saves

Well, this issue has been pondering me for a while. I will be purchasing the iPhone 4 on launch on the 30th, and I am debating to set it up as a new phone or restore from backup. The thing is, I want to keep my game saves. I am so proud of some of my accomplishments (3 star all levels and sets in Angry Birds minus the last couple levels and things of that nature). Also, I do not want to have to re organize my apps but I will just copy them off my 3GS anyway. I guess my question here is, is there any way to keep my game saves, but set up as a new phone at the same time?

Restoring from backup has NEVER caused problems for me across 2 generations and 5 replacement phones.

Just make sure you sync all your apps first, then back up.

Really? I thought it was always best to set up as a new phone. Hmm.. meh. I guess i shall restore.

Setting up as new will delete all your saves. Restoring from back up is good but if you have problems restoring as new may be a necessary evil.

Well, I get some minor glitches on my 3GS, will those carry over to the iPhone 4?
