Recover Deleted Photo (iPhone 4)

I've accidentally deleted a photo from my camera roll less than an hour ago. It hasn't been synced with my itunes so there isn't a backup.

Im using a windows PC and i was just wondering is there any app/programme or known recovery tool that can restore photo, I really need it!

( I did search the forum's but didn't see anything )
