How to make photo albums??

I would like to separate my photos on my Iphone into some sort of order and not just a bunch of pictures in one location, is this possible? I see "camera roll" where all my pictures go, and it looks like theres open slots to make new albums below it, I just have no idea how. Thanks guys!

you cant organize them by folders on the phone. You would have to do the work on the desktop. You would setup a folder on your computer, I use one in My Pictures called iPhone. In iTunes under the photos tab set the phone to sync with that folder. Then any pictures on the phone you pull them off to the computer and organize them in folders inside the iPhone folder and sync back to the phone. I know it sounds complicated but it really isn't.

You could also upload them to a photo hosting/share site. Flikr, shutterfly, photoshop mobile all have apps. You can also set your profile to private so that others can't see them.
