    I want to know if these conglomerates have people watching these forums for some of the best customer feedback ever to improve their products and hear the voice of the people? Getting this kind of feedback from my customers is like pulling teeth sometimes but these forums are the perfect way for them to get real time feedback and make quick adjustments on the fly.

    I'm sure they have people that take notice
    of what everyone is saying, whether it is
    the forums (these or others), blogs,
    customer feedback in store, online and
    everywhere else. They probably look at
    the top concerns/issues/complaints and
    see what can (if at all) can be done.
