Man, I should have done a manual backup earlier. The firmware downloaded in about 5minutes, the backup has taken 45.

lol no. what was released today is the GM version. its exactly the same.

Still waiting on it to restore. Went drastically faster on my wife's 3gs. Seems like on hers it did it with out losing her music and pictures, where on mine it cleaned everything out and now has to restore it. Odd.

Agreed! Both devices updated and reorganized. It went so easily that I can't wait for the new phone now!!! My husband said Rush Limbaugh was talking on his radio show about how awesome his new prerelease iphone 4 is. I'm soooo jealous!!! Why does he get one early! Probably because he'll talk on the radio about how cool it is and how great the pics and recording are- and make us drool!!!
