    It took me a few tries to get in Apple's site but after I did I thought it was great. Did it on my iPhone while driving into work. Quick and easy

    I've been trying for the past hour on both att/apple but I'm getting nowhere. I got as far as the check out on the att site however it then timed out on me when I clicked confirm order.

    if your a business customer or work for a company that gives you a discount on your monthly bill you can call 611 from your handset and it should automatically get you in touch with someone who handles business customers which is what premier is for is business customers.

    hold for going on 13 minutes....
    Out of paranoia that my online order didn't go through, I called premiere. The guy was like, "That's too long to be one of our order numbers, I don't think it went through". I almost went ballistic!!! Then he checked the system.... said I was still eligible for upgrade. Damn, I was going nuts!!! He finally checked the order number b/c the premiere site was down for me. WHEW!!! It's all good!!!

    i tried apple for an hour and then gave up and went to at-t and it worked first time, but i wanted to go thru apple and pick it up in store, now i have to wait for delivery, sux
