Exactly... I got black in the 3G, sold it and got a black. I disliked the black so much, I sold that and got the white. So I will probably be in the same boat come June *cough 18th cough*

I'm totally going with the white if it looks exactly like the mock-ups.
Fingerprints will be virtually invisible except on the screen. Also, it always bothered me that the face plate on the 3GS is blacker than the actual screen (I know, I'm weird like that). It makes the screen look dark gray when it is off. Hopefully with a white faceplate, the contrast difference will make the screen look really black.
