Your going to need to convert it to mp4. A great program to use would be handbrake. Just download it and convert the file to the iPhone preset then open the new file in iTunes. Good luck.

I'll second that recommendation. So much crap-ware that requires $$$ to be spent. Handbrake is a great piece of software and it's free.
