LOL. I love my iPhone. I do tweeting, games, texting, and sometimes make a phone call. Love it.
Everything like Brickman says....Texting, photos, games, internet, and about 1,000,000 other things that everyone on here doesn't have the time to read about.
What don't I use it for. Seriously it is more essential to me than a laptop.

Poynt is also another great app like this one. Gives you the ability to see whats around you like gas stations restaurants businesses, etc, you can also do people searches by name address or telephone numbers, check showtimes. Great app.
I use these apps called fastdue and billings to manage my freelance design graphic design business, I use them to track time, send estimates and email invoices for payment.

The phone is constantly in my hand so pretty much everything. A true all around phone. Best two hundred dollars I every spent.
Honestly I think that I use my iPhone as a phone the least (Don't talk on the phone much.) ... However it really does everything that I need to keep me connected to the cloud.
I love everything in my iPhone. I mostly like to do is surf through web. Also use for social networking, listening to music, games, texting, reading news etc..
I rarely use mine for v calling. My most common uses are:
1. Reading books via ibooks and Kindle
2. Checking and managing our stock / bond portfolio
3. Watching on demand Netflix.
4. General Web surfing.
5. Viewing private photos of my wife.
