Jail Break iphone firmware 3.1.3

hi i have jail breaking iphone and was working OK but i have updated the firmware and the phone got back to factory default settings and the phone got locked to default network O2. i have tried lot of softwares like
black ra1n, red snow, black snow etc
can some one help me to jail break my iphone and unlock it, with right software

Well... which iPhone do you have? If you have a 2G/3G, you may be in luck. 3GS, you'll have to wait. You can try to use sn0wbreeze if you have the old bootrom. It can't hurt at this point to try. Hopefully you saved your SHSH which makes a lot of things easier.

Downgrade iPhone 2G 3G OS 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 or lower | jailbreak

P.S. I used Sn0wBreeze, but I never upgraded to 3.1.3. If you're using the carrier it's locked to, choose "no" for activation in the options of Sn0wBreeze.
