    Hi can anyone help please? I had to take my unlocked iphone back to the store I bought it from to have it reset.

    Unfortunately, in the process, the guy that did the work has put his email address in and now I can't restore or rebuy the apps that were on the phone.

    If all this sounds confused, it's nothing to how I feel

    you can change the email address under the itunes settings but I would complain to the store.

    Not to worry. It is simply a Setting. though I confess, hard to find. Try Settings>Store>View Account Alternately, Settings>Store> Create New Account which is what he must have used.

    Yes, remove it in the iphone setting but next time, remember to check it when you collect it from the store
