YouTube problem

I uploaded a file to my YouTube account (a Valentine message for my wife) and created a QR Code to scan for her card. Whenever it is scanned, I get an error saying "YouTube not available". The video was uploaded properly. I did it with both Mpeg2 and Mpeg4 just in case. The video plays online, and through my account on the iPhone. It just doesn't come up live from the link on the phone. Any thoughts? Does it take a certain amount of time for the raw uploaded video to become compatible in some way for iPhone viewing? Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Not sure if this is the reason, but I uploaded the video without music. I notice there was a copyright restriction on the first video because of the music (said it would not play in German). Anyway, this version without the music plays on my phone. If that is the reason, I thought if I owned the song in my library I could use it for my own personal videos?!?!?
