Help with removing contacts from sync with outlook

My phone automatically synced with outlook and now I have over 9,000 email address in my phonebook. How do I remove the email address's that were added from outlook??? Please help

you delete them in outlook and sync again or else you stop syncing and remove them manually one at a time from the phone
