How often do you backup your iPhone?

Once per month or two, and directly before I go to the Apple store I'm sure to make a backup. Had an incident where a geniusbar employee was troubleshooting a problem on the phone, asked "Mind if I wipe the phone?" and I said "Don't - I'm 8 states away from my computer and can't restore it".
...he replies "Oh well I did a few minutes ago anyway. Sorry."

I voted no backup. But in reality, my PIM data is sync'd to my exchange server, and my music is all backup through TimeMachine on my mac.
But since I'm jailbroken, it's not really advised to restore from backup and it usually caused me problems...so I always start fresh.

Oh I forgot, I do use Chronus for backing up my app data, but I only do that once a month.
