can you change a web icon?

for instance, i have set up a link to the google voice web application but the icon on the homescreen is crappy. is there any way to change the icon? like when i set a shortcut to the tipb forums, i got a cool icon, but the google one sucks. any suggestions?

When you have Safari open and you "add to home screen" it basically takes a screenshot of the page. If you are zoomed in when you do this it will look different than when zoomed out. Zoom in on a particular portion that you want to be your icon. Does that help?
