New software preview vs. release

I know apple usually previews the new software in March, but when is the software usually released?

From a dev standpoint , yea there's a preview, dubbed beta, just like any other major OS version for the iPhone , nobody knows when it's coming except the secret society @ Apple.. Until ... Of course, they tell us.

especially with Apple. The Mac desktop fans have done the rumors thing for years. They largely end up let down.
