I have a new white 3gs 16m phone running 3.1.2 that I am having issues hearing when I use a Bluetooth headset. I have used the headset on other smart phones, Blackberry, and have had no isses. I have had both the headset and the phone replaced. I think that this is a software issue on the iPhone but I am having a hard time convincing Apple of this.
