This thread is for all iPhone owners who are currently rocking the iPhone 2G! (original iPhone).

A few months ago, I chose the iPhone 2G over the 3GS because of design. I currently have this IPhone (with the Brushed Metal Chrome bezel look, search it on Google) and I love it!

Wow I couldn't really imagine having a 2G, only edge must suck. I think the 3G actually looks better.

Agreed, I look at the old one and wonder how I ever had one. They're a little bit more bulky and I absolutely do not like the chrome bezel look because I think it looks cheap. I know the 3G and 3GS are more plastic looking but I think that the white one looks so good that I don't even have a cover on it.

Well good luck to ya. Im not sure the aluminum back is worth not having all the internal features of the 3GS. If it pleases you though, then that's all that matters.

i do miss the metal back but i would give up my 3gs for anything.

I could probably of lived with the Edge but for me, the 3GS is WAY faster in every way, I used my friend's 3G the other day to play a game and the lag annoyed the crap out of me.
