help i deleted the setting app

pls i need help i was using iphone folders to to copy carrier logo to jbroken iphone3g 8g 3.0 and deleted the setting app. so now i cant access any setting i.e wi-fi etc phone is unlocked is there anyway to recover or restore i dont want to have to jailbreak again kinda new to the iphone thing so i never backed up the folders.

hi bro i kind of went into iphone folders open applications and the folder which says settings is missing i can see one that is preferences wit the setting icon i guess within this folder is what i might hav deleted.
