Huge Screen

Hey guys! I was flipping my phone around in my pocket, took it out and the screen is MASSIVE! I have zoom on it, where you double tap on the screen, but this is WAY bigger than what that does. How do I fix this! Please, Im technologically challenged to begin with!

settings--->general--->accessibility--->zoom--->off

to make it easier to navigate while this is on:

TO CHANGE ZOOM:
DOUBLE TAP AND DRAG 3 FINGERS UP OR DOWN

Double-tap with 3 fingers to zoom
drag three fingers to move around while zoom is on
