How do i send pic from MY computer to my Iphone

A) Copy it to your iPhone after plugging your iPhone into your computer via the USB cable.

B) Choose to sync photos in iTunes and put the photo in that folder

well sure if yiou have an email address set up on your phone then send the picture to yourself. It's such a common way most of us don't think of suggesting it because we assume you already know.

When im without my USB access and need to get pix on my iphone, i just open Gmail and save it as a "Draft"...then open my phone and there it is!

You can attach pics to emails by choosing the pic from the library and
deciding to send it. The copy and paste function of the pics is even better
because it's a way to send mulitple attachments in one email.
