Missing Sync for Windows

I was doing my research regarding syncing the iphone to my pc and came across this program. In my past posts regarding task sync to the iphone, this had never come up, so now I'm curious. It Claims to sync tasks, notes, etc.

Anyone use it? Worth it?

I've used missing sync for blackberry and windows mobile on my mac and have had mixed results. Every time their was an update it created nothing but problems for me.
