There is a new app which allows you to record notes. It is intrinsic to the system. I have an iPhone 3G, 8gig version with the latest OS.

Is it possible to get that audio files off the iPhone? There is an email function but it has a built in size limit. When I view the iPhone using Windows explorer (with it plugged into the USB), all I can see are the photos.

Please someone give me a clue how to get my file offa da phone.

I think you should be able to SSH (or SFTP?) into the phone and pull the files that you want off the phone.

@joesmith, I will try that. I hadn't thought of it, but hopefully it will work. Thanks.

If you sync with iTunes, there will be a playlist created called Voice Memos. You can then navigate to the file on your hard drive.

I did not understand what kind of recording application is it. What is the use of this application? Let me know where to get it from.
