What Does Your iPhone's Home Screen Look Like?

Random question I know. I am just curious. On my home screen I have all my most used apps. I am just curious to see what other people have on there first screen.

I have my favorite apps including FaceBook, NetNewsWire, MLB At Bat, qStatus, YouMail, Camera, Messages ... to name a few.
