iphone screen

my iphone screen recently cracked, just a small line across the screen. after about a week grey lines started coming out of the phone. why is that, is there anything i can do to stop the lines from coming out?

The damage from the crack probably messed up the pixels over the time after it was cracked.

I don't have a solution for that other than taking it to an apple store and seeing if they can fix it for you.
