    I have an email Exchange account on my company server.

    When I am at home on my wi-fi, my email and calender syncs perfectly.

    When I am not on wi-fi, my email and calendar are unable to sync.

    Any idea why this is? I have friends at my company who have no issues sync'ing wherever they are.

    I am puzzled.

    Do you have issues browsing the internet?

    You can try to reset the data connection in your iPhones settings.

    have you tried putting the phone in airplane mode?

    have you tried turning the phone off and back on?
