I want to get all my contacts to my PC(Vista) just in case something happens to the phone. I went to do it on iTunes and it didn't work. Any suggestions?

what email do you use? gmail, yahoo? because i use gmail and am able to sync my contacts between my iPhone & gmail. can't attest to how yahoo works.

and no, it doesn't put them on your PC directly, but they're 'in the cloud'. and that's good enough for me.

You can sync them with outlook on a PC.
