iPhone Alarm

I had a BB8310. The alarm on that phone would wake me up no matter what, even if it was off.

I just woke up an hour later than I was supposed. I'm not even sure if the alarm went off. It was set, but I think a phone call messed it up or the volume was just too low.

Why can't you set the volume? It should go off as loud as you want it to no matter if the phone is on vibrate or not.

Anyone else have trouble?

as i said in an earlier post, why carnt you switch the phone off but still have the alarm set to go off, doesnt add up

Because the iPhone is off...

I've never missed an alarm. I do think it should have seperate volume control though.
