    I see lots of people pecking around this question but none asking exactly this...
    Apple really helped a lot of potential business users when they added MS Exchange capability to the iPhone. However, I'm a small business guy and my company doesn't use MS Exchange. Has anybody in the Jailbreal or AppStore world figured out how to do a desktop email sync with Outlook? When I have asked this question on other forums, I always get the same 2 answers: 1) they regurgitate the instructions on how to sync contacts, calendar and tasks using iTunes, or 2) they give me a lecture about being some kind of luddite for wanting to do something so archaic. Any suggestions out there (other than those 2)?

    you use itunes. really, that's the way. it's the equivelant

    A desktop email sync to Outlook? Isn't that simply using your Outlook on the desktop to retrieve email from the same email account(s) as you do on your iPhone?

    Perhaps I'm still not understanding what you want to do.
