How Do I Get Rid of Mobile Me

I cannot remember where I entered it and cannot find how to remove it. Anyone able to tell me?

MobileMe is an part of the email service. You should be able to go Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>(Click on MobileMe> and then tap delete account at the bottom.
