Hi...I just got my 3GS on Friday. I was able to pull up the website for my newspaper, but it would not open any of the links for the articles. So I tried going to hotmail website, now I just continually get the spinning circle on top, no matter what website I try to go to, even though it says I have full signal. Suggestions?

Do a reset on the phone would be the first thing to try. Hold down the home button along with the power button until the Apple logo appears. If that does not work you should reset your network settings via - settings / general / reset / reset network settings.

If that does not work, call AT&T.

Several things you can try...

Turn off the phone and turn it back on (or reset by holding home and power buttons until the restart Apple logo comes up)

Reset the cell antenna by turning on airplane mode for 10 seconds or so and turning it off again

Make sure you have the latest software and carrier files

Try turning 3G off and then back on
