How to create new folders in Photo app?

I have taken several pictures and have downloaded a handful and I'd like to organize all of them. I want to create folders like Contact Pics, Wallpapers, Fun, etc.

How can I make this happen? I can't find an option to do this on the iPhone. Thanks guys.

Photo alternative we ll organized

Use SplashPhoto for better organization. I used it on my Treos and now on the iPhone. It's the best photo app that I've found.
