App icons copying appearance of other icons

Anyone else having this problem too? The applications are correct but it looks like I have multiple apps that are the same. I'm a new convert from the blackberry and need help. Other than this issue, I should have made the change a lot sooner.

3.1 seems to fix that. I've been using it and I haven't had that issue since 3.0
