Iphone pics to PC

Im new to your site. and indeed to the Iphone, so could someone please explain how to move pics from Camera Roll to my laptop.

Go to the start menu. Select my computer. Under the catagory of scanners and cameras, you'll see your iPhone listed. Click on it and it'll take over from there. Of course make sure iPhone is connectEd to the computer.
