After the 3.0 update my apps are not working, is there a way to fix that?

For appstore apps, download any updates from iTunes. Restart iphone.
If you are jailbroken, some apps will take time to update. Compatibility issues are apparent. Some apps are broken, just wait for updates and you should be fine. Unless, of course, not even the native apps are working. In that case, try restarting the phone. And if that doesn't work, you might have to restore it.
