Rogers help please

Hi i have a Iphone 3g 8g and i was wondering the best way to go. I will not be using it much so pay as you go would work,but i still want to be able to download from itunes. I should mention that the phone was jailbroke but its now locked because of the 2.30.3 baseband.Im going to use a turbo sim to get phone working just not sure what plan to use.Thanks

if its a rogers phone, why would you need to use the turbo sim? also, even with all data blocked to your phone, you can still turn the wifi on and download what ever you want from the app store.

You don't even need a sim card in it and you can use it as a GPS in WiFi, iPod, etc.
