No Carrier after 3.0 update

Hello all,

here my problem:
I've just (2 hours ago) updated my Jailbroken iPhone 3g to 3.0

After the "successful" update I've got another message that an carrier update for my phone was avaidable. I clicked to install it.

Now I can't connect to my carrier, so now I can't make calls, send/recieve mails, sms, etc.

Does anyone experience the same problem? Any advise?

That one word is your problem. Not to bash you or be rude, but if you jailbreak your iPhone, then you'll probably have some issues like this.

Try posting this in jailbreaking forums.

Yeah, wasn't the smartest thing to do.

What I've forgotten to mention.

After turning the phone off and back on it pops up the msg that it needs to be activated and that it will take some time. Right after that msg I get another one saying:

Network lost
Your selected cellular network is no longer avaidable.
You can choose a different network in Settings.

No matter which network I choose it won't work.

Does anyone experience the same problem?

If your iPhone was jailbroken before you updated that will not affect it because when you update it deletes you jailbreak.
