    Well I tried the link I posed above and it works. I haven't actually tried the tethering out yet. It does however appear as an option in the network settings

    Is this a way around getting charged for it? The link above says you have to bolt on a new package, but I don't see how O2 will know if the data is coming from a laptop or a phone?

    Jaguar - that's the same meathod I linked to above, just from a different site. It works, I've done it

    and this is my 2cents. AT&T won't charge you as long as you don't abuse it. So basically don't go downloading movies and stuff. Simply browsing th web won't set off any alarms at AT&T. So just be smart. I could be wrong though

    How do I tether using bluetooth? I am on a white macbook 2.4ghz. can't seem to figure it out. Tethering using the cable is a-ok though :-) x
