Just upgraded my phone to 3.0. No problems at all here. Having one very strange issue.

When I click the box to synchronize 'notes' with Outlook and click 'apply' for some reason, iTunes will uncheck the Notes box and will not synchronize notes. I have no trouble synchronizing any other Outlook data with my iPhone. I am running Windows XP with Office 2003 Professional.

Any ideas? A glitch in the software?

    Thanks.

I am having the same problem with my MacBook and Mail. I have notes in both locations, check the 'sync' box, click 'apply', the box immediately reverts to unchecked and nothing happens.

Are we missing a step? I can't find any docs for this new feature on Apple's website...

That's really weird. It works perfect for me.

Hrm. Well, it would seem that for some of us, the process to get sync working requires an extra reboot:

    Eject your iPhone from iTunes

    Alt-F4 iTunes

    power Cycle your iPhone

    restart iTunes

    reconnect iPhone

make sure check box for notes is selected on Info tab

make sure outlook is selected in drop down box (PC)

    apply

    sync

    Worked for me!
