When texting, I'll get an error message: invalade number, use 10 digit number. But, the number I've been texting IS a 10 digit number. And, this happens at odd times; in the middle of texting or starting a new text. Then later, I'll text the same person with no problem. WTH? No one at ATT can help!!!!

Maybe try putting the country code in front of the number? So in the US instead of "(305) 555-1234", you would do "+1 (305) 555-1234". Probably won't make any difference, but it's easy to do so worth a try.

You only have issues with one phone number? Are they on the same network as you or a different provider?

It's totally random. While texting back/forth to a number, several will go through, then from nowhere you'll get the error message with your next reply. An yes, all on same network, ATT.

See if AT&T will remove and restore the text messaging on the line, could reset it, if it is a network issue.
