Sync after canceling Mobile Me

Can?t Sync both Contacts and Songs/Apps from iphone to iTunes through cable after canceling Mobile Me, the cellular company says its a config issue...but I have tried everything and can?t take any info out of my iphone, there is too much data to be losen with a restore procedure...I tried back up but when I restored the info to another iphone it got "sick" the same way as mine...Help!
