I just wanted to let everyone know that I believe 5/12/09 is the deadline to file as part of the class action lawsuit against Sprint for everyone who paid the ETF. The amount you get back depends on when you canceled and if you were on a 1 or 2 year plan.
I'm posting a BlackBerry site because that seems to be the one that had the best links for all of the necessary information.
The topclassactions.com site shows the deadline as 5/4/09, but the sprintetfsettlement.com site shows there was a reschedule pushing the deadline to 5/12/09, this coming Tuesday.
