Iphone won't sync or charge please help!!

Good Day,

My Iphone will not sync or charge. I've re-set the phone serveral times and nothing, i've tried using differenct USB cables and nothing. I've re-installed Itunes and nothing. The funny thing is that my Ipod sync's fine.

You should go to AT&T then. It sounds like your dock connector just isn't responding. I'd think they should give you a new phone for that.

First up - do you have a 3G or EDGE iPhone? If its an original iPhone you may be out of luck as your warranty is expired. If it's a 3G and you don't live near a Apple Store, I say call Apple, they will overnight you a refurb and you'll have to send back the defective device. AT&T will just direct you to a Apple store or to call Apple.

wrong plug?

Sounds like you have the wrong plug for the phone. I just found out that my 3G phone does not synch or charge with the regular iPod plug. It HAS TO BE a 3G plug.
