iPhone crashed Got a question

My phone crashed. I hooked it up to iTunes, restored it and then backed it
Up from my computer. It synced up my everything perfect except for my
ringtones. It will not sync any of them and I tried several times. The ringtones
play fine on the computer in iTunes but I can't get them to sync back to the phone. Anybody experienced this or have any info? Thanks.

The only reason I have not been able to get a ringtone to sync to the iPhone is if the bitrate is too high. 128kbps seems to be the max. Also, they shouldn't be more than 30 secs.

This is a first Gen. phone. I've had these ringtones a long time. Moved them off the phone, changed them up a lot. Never been a issue before. I may delete from itunes and re load them again to see if that makes a difference.

I get this happening with photos sometimes. If I un-check the box, re-check the box, then sync, it works.

I can't actually change any of my songs to ringtones on iTunes. Anyone know what I may be doing wrong? I am in the UK btw.
