    Is there a way to make a m4r in to a MP3? I have a ring tone on my phone that a friend wants and I am trying to figure out how to do it.

    Never mind, I found it. I had something on my computer that would do for me I didn't know.

    I think you can just rename the file to .m4a (AAC) and then convert it in iTunes to mp3
