HELLPPP >.< Application cannot be verified cant sync apps lidat

my iphone is jailbroken and got cydia and installer stuff but i cant seem to install and sync applications from itunes into my phone it keeps telling me

"the application "XXXX" was not installed on the iphone "XX's iphone" because it could not be verified. "

how to solve this please help me someone

erm i thought I jailbreak so as to be able to download lyk other stuffs without needing to pay for everything? >.<

Not if they are legit App Store apps... that would be piracy and if that is the case, spend the $1.00 for the app.
