HELP, iPhone turns off randomly...

Hey please help me i am having an unlocked iPhone 2g (8gb)and the firmware is 2.2.1 which i upgraded recently from 1.1.4.
but the problem which i used to face that the phone gets switched off randomly is still taking place. Its totally random. i have restored my phone twice for this and even upgraded it to 2.2.1 from 1.1.4 but still it continues. It turns off randomly evn while i am using it or even when i m not using, YES it does anytime.

i m worried..

Please help asap.

Stop restoring from a backup and set the phone up as new. If your issues continues after that, it is a hardware issue.
